John Eastridge, 89, passed away August 23, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born September 03, 1931 to the late Con and Martha Eastridge.
John was a long-term resident of Damascus, VA. who proudly served his country with three tours in Vietnam and one tour in Korea then retired from the Airforce. John loved his family and enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, and spending his evenings on the back porch.
Including his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Amelia “Sally May” Eastridge of New Mexico who passed away on October 21, 2018 at the age of 92.
John is survived and remembered by his two children, John Eastridge, Jr. and Rebecca Eastridge; grandchildren, Levi Eastridge, Chance Eastridge, Johnny McArter, and Bambi Evans (Don Evans); great-grandchildren, Dalton Eastridge, Trey Evans, Amelia Evans, Katlyn Goodson (Austin Goodson), and Brianna Bowman (Austin Bowman).
A private graveside service will be held for the family.
