Omega “Mickey” Stiltner, 96, of Abingdon, Virginia passed away on June 27, 2024, at Valley Health Care Center after an extended illness.
Mickey was born in Belcher’s Fork, Virginia on October 15, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Bart and Dollie Belcher. Mickey was one of 12 children.
Mickey spent her time going to church, making quilts, and working in her flower beds - and don’t forget the flea markets and yard sales!
Mickey was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Stiltner (August 2003), six brothers, and two sisters.
She will be greatly missed by her children; Butch and daughter-in-law Rose Stiltner of Abingdon, Virginia, Penny and son-in-law Paul Luginbuhl oh Jamestown, Ohio; grandchildren, Angela Keene, Jesse and Jeff Martin, and Paula Davidson; twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Mickey loved all five generations of her family, which always put a smile on her face. Mickey was also survived by her sisters; Patsy and Ray Shortridge of Abingdon, Virginia, Lois Strunk of Atwater, Ohio, and Sue McKinney of Johnson city, Tennessee; as well as many precious nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Frost Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 P.M with Ricky Taylor officiating. Procession will follow after the service to Knollkreg Memorial Park.

So very sorry to learn of the passing of Micky.I enjoyed caring for her while she was at her little apartment .She was a joy to help and learn some of the history about her life.She loved all of her family and adored both of her children alot! Prayers for you all!!!
